How we help you at our surgeries
At our community surgeries you will find a friendly team of clinicians ready to help you with your hearing needs.
We offer general hearing aid maintenance on NHS aids issued in Croydon, re-tubing, hearing aid batteries, ear checks, clinical referrals plus advice and information.
Our team can also provide knowledge on assistive equipment for the home.

When and where you can find our surgeries in 2026
The borough of Croydon is split into six localities and we run at least one community surgery in each so we are closer to where you may live.
Some of our surgeries are monthly, some are less frequent.
Please contact us and we’ll be able to advise you of appointment availability.
We are sorry but we can’t accept walk-ins.
Most surgeries are 10am – 1pm.
