People are at the centre of our organisation, in order to deliver our fantastic service we rely on the kindness and hard work of our volunteers, trustees and staff. We pride our organisation on being user-led, this means that you are being supported by people who have a lived experience with hearing loss on varying levels.
Volunteers
Every volunteer brings their own skill to the organisation and the charity can use that skill for the benefit of the charity and its clients.
Trustees
We view our Trustees, who are also volunteers, as our “guardians of purpose” who make sure that all decisions put the needs of our beneficiaries first. Each trustee offers our organisation expertise from their varied professional lives.
Staff
Our small and dedicated team of six part-time staff work together to deliver a full-time, borough-wide service.
